Legacy Locker^™ Ordering Policy

Limited Production

• Production limited to 100 units/month beginning January 2026.
• Our limited production ensures exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Ordering Process

• Orders accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once 100 orders are received for the month, ordering closes until the following month.
• Payment in full required for Legacy Locker™ and shipping at time of order.

Order Confirmation

• You will receive email confirmation once your order and payment are received.

Delivery

• Expect delivery approximately 8 weeks after the end of your production month (e.g., January orders delivered starting at the beginning of April).
• Curbside delivery (delivered to a dry space such as garage or porch) information and approximate time frame will be provided by Ritzman’s and/or the delivery service via email/phone.
• The delivery service will contact you directly to coordinate curbside delivery.

Cancellation Policy

• NO CANCELLATIONS accepted once order is placed.

Waitlist

• Join the waitlist when monthly production is full.
• Waitlisted customers contacted if slots become available.
• Waitlist does not guarantee a production slot.
• No deposit required for waitlist.
• Waitlisted customers will be notified before each new production window opens.
